Bianca M. Velez is an Executive Administrative Assistant offering virtual assistance to small-scale companies and independent consultants. She believes that organization is the key to success and offers her skills as a “Mary Poppins of Business” to professionals seeking a helping hand. Bianca has been working in this capacity since her teenage years, holding Project and/or Administrative Assistant roles in both large-scale companies and non-profit organizations. Her focus is on smaller businesses as she knows that there is no task too small, and time is a limited commodity.
Bianca holds a BA in English Literature and Women & Gender Studies from the City University of New York’s Hunter College. She is an arts and crafts geek, dog mom and lupus awareness advocate.
Bianca founded Executí.VA, LLC, to continue assisting and collaborating with some of her favorite people, while ensuring that she and these communities are able to enjoy the lives they work so hard for, with better work-life balance. She assists these thought partners' capacities to get back to their tables by fulfilling the practical tasks needed to sustain their businesses. Some of her closest clients affectionately call her "B".
